Free Gift Wrapping & Enclosure Cards If the item you are ordering is a gift, we would be happy to wrap it for you. Gift wrap is complementary. We would be happy to hand-write a message for you on an enclosure card to go with the gift. If you find yourself giving gifts from HANLEY-WOOD again and again, we would be happy to keep your personal enclosure cards on hand for when when you are giving a gift.

Delivery For items shipped to addresses within the continental United States, Hanley-Wood ships the majority of its packages via UPS Ground. UPS Ground charges depend upon the weight of the item. Please call for a precise shipping quote. Please allow up to seven days for delivery of packages sent via UPS Ground. If the item needs to be delivered quicker or needs to be shipped overseas, additional costs and different delivery times will apply. Shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.

Free Local Delivery within Bexar County HANLEY-WOOD offers complementary delivery to many zip codes within Bexar County, Texas. HANLEY-WOOD staff members personally make these deliveries. Please call for more information about our complementary delivery service.

Special Orders, Engraving, Monogramming and Hotstamp Return Policies We would be happy to special order any item that a customer desires, and would be happy to have any piece that we carry be engraved, monogrammed, or hot-stamped. However, special orders, engraved items, monogrammed items and hotstamped items can not be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order is placed.

Sales Tax Sales tax of 7.75% will be collected on purchases shipped to Texas addresses. Orders shipped out of state will not have sales tax collected. If the purchase is for resale in the U.S. or Mexico, then sales tax will not be added to the purchase, but we must have a properly completed resale certificate from the purchaser; please fax a reseller certifcate to (210)826-5558 and reference your order on the cover sheet. If you are a Mexican reseller, then we will also require a copy of your Mexican Reseller form. If the purchase is a non-profit purchase, HANLEY-WOOD must have a properly completed exemption certificate in order that the purchase avoid sales tax; you can fax it to us at (210)826-5558.

Returns and exchanges Returned items must be in saleable condition. Returns and exchanges can only be made within 90 days of purchase. Returns are for HANLEY-WOOD store credit only or for exchange. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of a Hanley-Wood receipt. Please call for more information on how to make a return.

Bridal Registry Purchases Purchases from our on-line internet bridal registries will be handled as "gift cards". After you have made your purchase, we will send the bride notification of the gift you have selected. The bride will receive a gift card which she will redeem at Hanley-Wood in order to receive either the actual merchandise or, if she desires, an amount of store credit equal to the amount of the gift purchase. If you would like to send the bride the actual gift, please call or email, and we would be happy to help you select the right gift to give.

Bridal Registries To register at HANLEY-WOOD, please call and make an appointment to meet with one of our bridal registry specialists, or just come by HANLEY-WOOD during our business hours. Bridal registries will be posted on our website so that out-of-town wedding guests can more easily pick out a gift from a bride's list of preferences. If it is so desired, we would be happy to password protect an on-line bridal registry. Please let us know if it is preferred that a registry only be available at our store and not on our website. Hanley-Wood bridal registries stay active for gift-selection for a year after the wedding.

Wish ListsHANLEY-WOOD also maintains non-bridal gift registries or wish lists. Please come by the store or call us to set up your Hanley-Wood wish list. HANLEY-WOOD's wish lists are not on-line right now; keep an eye out for that in the near future, though.
