Mottahedeh Blue Dragon
In ancient China the dragon became a symbol for the emperor, bestowing good fortune and protection to the righteous. The period of the emperor K'ang Hsi (1662-1722) was one fo the high points in the developments of Chinese blue and white wares, and it is from a K'ang Hsi porcelain original that the Mottahedeh pattern draws it's inspiration. This classic design will bring a touch of royalty to every table and can be used alone or mixed and matched with Blue Canton or other blue and white services. These porcelain plates are microwave and dishwasher safe.
