Hanley-Wood will not share any information with any third-party, except for that information required to be shared with our credit card processor in order to process payments for purchases. After an on-line purchase is completed, Hanley-Wood does not retain the credit card information, although we do retain the ability to get access to that information from our credit card processor if the need arises, such as if a customer has changed his or her mind about a purchase and we need to reverse a payment.

To place an order, please call Hanley-Wood’s San Antonio location during business hours. We have added on-line purchasing capabilities to our website, so that you can conveniently place an order that way also. For questions about an on-line purchase, please call our San Antonio location at (800)397-8477. Items which are in stock will ship the next business day, or if it is to be delivered locally will be delivered on one of our twice-a-week delivery days. If an item happens to be out-of stock we would be happy to special order it for you. Special orders will ship upon arrival. If your special order will take more than two weeks, we will contact you. Hanley-Wood accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Free Gift Wrapping & Enclosure Cards
If the item you are ordering is a gift, we would be happy to wrap it for you. Gift wrap is complementary. We would be happy to hand-write a message for you on an enclosure card to go with the gift. If you find yourself giving gifts from Hanley-Wood again and again, we would be happy to keep your personal enclosure cards on hand for when when you are giving a gift.
Prices are for reference only and are subject to change without notice. Hanley-Wood reserves the right to not complete any website transaction, due to pricing errors or due to discontinued or unavailable product. Of course any funds paid would be refunded.
Texas sales tax will be collected on purchases shipped to Texas addresses. Orders shipped out of state will not have sales tax collected. If the purchase is for resale in the U.S. or Mexico, then sales tax will not be added to the purchase, but we must have a properly completed resale certificate from the purchaser; please fax a reseller certificate to (210)826-5558 and reference your order on the cover sheet. If you are a Mexican reseller, then we will also need a copy of your Mexican Reseller form. If the purchase is a non-profit purchase, Hanley-Wood must have a properly completed exemption certificate in order that the purchase avoid sales tax; you can fax it to us at (210)826-5558. If you are taking your purchase into Mexico from Texas, then we may be able to refund the sales tax paid after seven days, once we have received the proper export paperwork.
