1) Order processing times

* Orders are processed **within 3–5 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
* Orders placed after **12:00 pm Central Time** are treated as next-business-day orders.
* During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

2) Shipping methods & carriers

We ship from Alamo Heights, Texas via the carriers and service levels shown at checkout, typically: **USPS**, **UPS**, and/or **FedEx**.

Standard: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
Expedited: 2–3 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
Transit times are carrier estimates and begin after your order is processed.*

3) Shipping rates & free shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order total.
Free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders over $500.00 (before tax and after discounts). 
Some oversized, fragile, or heavy items may carry a surcharge (noted on the product page).

4) In-store pickup (free)

Local pickup is available at 5611 Broadway Street, Alamo Heights, TX 78209.
You’ll receive an email when your order is “Ready for pickup.”
Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Pickup hours follow store hours posted on our website.

5) Local delivery (optional)

If enabled at checkout, complimentary local delivery is available to addresses within 3 miles** of our store.

Delivery window: 3-7 days. We’ll email you to confirm a time.

6) P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS services.
Expedited/express options may be limited for these addresses.

7) International shipping (optional)

We do not ship internationally at this time.

8) Order tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.

9) Address accuracy & changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We can update an address before an order ships; after shipment, we cannot reroute.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

10) Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. check with household members/neighbors and around the delivery area;
  2. contact the carrier with your tracking number; then
  3. email us at [web@hanleywoodtexas.com](mailto:web@hanleywoodtexas.com) within 7 days.
We’ll help file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution. Claims approvals/denials are determined by the carrier.
For high-value orders, you can request **signature on delivery** (additional fee).

11) Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged**, email [web@hanleywoodtexas.com](mailto:web@hanleywoodtexas.com)** within **48 hours** of delivery with:

  * your order number,
  * photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and
  * a brief description of the damage.
    We’ll assist with a replacement, refund, or claim based on item availability.

12) Split shipments & backorders

To speed delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
Pre-order/backorder** items ship as noted on the product page; we’ll email updates if timelines change.

13) Delivery timelines & exceptions

Published timelines are estimates and can be impacted by weather, carrier capacity, customs, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays after a package is transferred to the carrier.
