Organic Chaga Chai – Nourish Wellness Blend

Nourish your soul with our latest wellness botanical, Organic Chaga Chai. We started with wild, earthy-flavored Canadian Chaga mushrooms, then added potent spices that are known to encourage a feeling of warmth that will leave you with a healthy glow. With its strong, earthy flavors, we suggest you try it with your favorite milk or alternative milk product and a bit of honey. It makes for a great latte.

Ingredients: Organic Chaga powder, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic nutmeg.

Directions & Recipes: 

Mix 1 tablespoon of blend into 8 oz. of water or milk, heat on a stovetop to just under boiling (180ºF). We recommend using fresh local milk or plant-based oat milk with a dash of honey. If you prefer a smoother brew, please strain before enjoying. Alternatively, you can brew it like a tea for 5 minutes using boiling water (212ºF) and strain out all the pieces as necessary.

Organic Chaga Chai Latte

• 1 tbsp. Organic Chaga Chai.
• 8 oz. hot water.
• 1 tsp. raw honey or coconut sugar.
• 2 oz. coconut milk or milk substitute.
