Papa Noel

Papa Noel celebrates a Hispanic heritage of Santa Claus. Papa Noel was born out of the civil rights movement of the 1970s. The Papa Noel tradition incorporates a strong element of charity, with gift-giving and events run for the benefit of disadvantaged children. Papa Noel embodies the spirit of Christmas.
